'Insurgent' has become a naughty word.
I used it on the first Go OPD poster just for that reason
Seems I'm not the only one who understands the power of getting under peoples skin to make a point.
Protesters break the law, get what they deserve by the police, get called insurgents and get upset.
If you were to call the pro-war folks Imperialist, they would say "thank you".
We need a strong anti-war movement. Not whining at City Hall.
The Anti-War rally last Saturday seemed promising. It is too bad so many people had been already turned off by the tactics, violence, and poor behavior of the protesters of the previous 10 days.
350 people marched when there could have been 10 times that many.

350 out of a county population of 250,000. If my math's up to par that's about 0.0014% of the total population.
Sounds like a windshield vs. bug to me.
They've spun the story to be that the 350 (or 500 as I've heard elsewhere) proves that there's strong support. Well, I guarantee that if a cop had been killed there would have been thousands showing up for the funeral and for any public gathering concerning it.
